Congregational Day Camp brings Camp Luther to you!

The Congregational Day Camp program provides an opportunity for your congregation to partner with Camp Luther in providing an exciting and fun week of faith-shaping Christian education.  The Camp Luther staff is trained to lead devotions, singing, crafts, and activities for grades 1-6.  We would like to assist your congregation as you reach out to the children and families of your community.  

Here’s how the program works:

Camp Luther provides
•    Four enthusiastic staff members to lead a four-day Day Camp program at your congregation.  (Monday-Thursday night)
•    Day Camp curriculum of music, activities, crafts, and Christian growth times.
•    Youth Night for Jr. and/or Sr. High Youth
•    A children’s message on Sunday morning (prior to the Day Camp)
•    A Thursday evening closing event for campers and parents
•    Promotional materials

The Congregation provides
•    A Congregational Coordinator
•    Lodging and meals for Camp Luther staff
•    Local promotion and registration
•    Volunteers

Salem Lutheran, Barron, WI
Our Saviour Lutheran, Green Bay, WI
Redeemer Lutheran, Green Bay, WI
Community of Faith Lutheran, Oregon, WI
Zion Lutheran, Colby, WI
Grace Lutheran, Augusta, WI
St. Paul Lutheran, Cumberland, WI

Cost:

$1600 for up to 40 campers; $20 for each additional camper, plus mileage.

To Register for 2010:

2010 dates are being offered on a first come, first serve basis.  To register, fill out the downloadable registration form identifying your first and second choice of sessions.  There is a $500 deposit required of each participating congregation.  

Please note:  Seven weeks of CDC are planned for 2010.  A second CDC team will be contracted as registrations warrant.  Our 2010 registration deadline is January 31.
