Camp Luther is branching out!  In an effort to provide a great camping experience for those in the western part of the state, Camp Luther will be holding a week-long youth camp at Beaver Creek Reserve near Fall Creek, WI.  This program will be under the direction and supervision of a full-time Camp Luther employee and will be run just like a regular youth camp week at Camp Luther – trained counselors, great activities, in-depth Bible studies and campfire devotions.

Housing

Campers will be housed in rustic cabins with their counselor, utilizing separate changing and shower houses.  Each cabin will house 12 campers.  Campers may request one friend as a roommate.

Special Activities

Beaver Creek offers some exciting new activity opportunities not offered at Camp Luther.  Campers will have the opportunity to see butterflies up close and personal in a  "Butterfly House," check out the stars and moon at the observatory and much more! Not only that, campers will still get to experience all the fun "Camp Luther" activities, such as angleball, frisbee golf, capture the flag, campfire devotions and eagle's eggs.

Grades 4-6:  July 11-16   

Cost

$325 before April 1, 2010
$335 after March 31, 2010

A $100 deposit is due at the time of your registration. Your balance is due June 1, 2010.  Registrations are still accepted after this date.

Schedule and Location

Camp Luther @ Beaver Creek begins with registration on Sunday from 1:30 to 3:30 pm, and ends on Friday at 11:30 am.  Parents are encouraged to join us on Friday for closing devotions at 10:45 am. 

Beaver Creek Reserve is located just several miles north of Fall Creek, WI.  Registration will be held in the "Citizen Science Center" on the North/West side of the road. 

Registration Fee includes:

All programming costs, housing, meals and a large group camper photo of your week.

Medical and Camper Information Forms

Forms can be downloaded from our website. All forms are due June 1, 2010. Be sure to include a copy of your insurance card with your medical form.

Camperships

Camperships (camp scholarships) are available for those in need of financial assistance to attend summer camp. For an application, click here.  If you have questions, please call the camp office.

Registration for 2010 summer camps begins January 1, 2010.

Please do not consider your child registered for camp until you receive a confirmation notice via email or regular mail (depending on what you have chosen). Your confirmation notice should arrive within five working days.
