Camp Luther, WI Seeks Director of Programs
Camp Luther, Three Lakes, WI of the North Wisconsin District LCMS, welcomes qualified applicants for the position of Director of Programs. This is a key position on staff and within our leadership/management team, overseeing all aspects of camp programs, including marketing, implementation, and evaluation.
A Qualified Applicant Will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Have at least three years post-college experience in outdoors ministry, congregational ministry, or other professional leadership experience.
- Be a member in good standing with a congregation of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod.

Compensation:
- $30,000-$38,000 plus provided housing.
The Director of Programs position requires work outside of the office, including all aspects of programming, travel for marketing, recruitment, and public relation purposes, and whatever may be necessary for the success of the ministry.
