The Camp Luther Volunteer Medic Program allows the camp to provide better care for our summer campers and meet State of Wisconsin health care requirements. Qualified individuals would include licensed physicians, nurses, physician’s assistants, practical nurses, certified trainers, EMT or paramedics, persons certified in emergency response or equivalent. Volunteers are needed for each week of the summer. A job description and detailed duty list will be provided prior to arrival. Once on site, the Volunteer Medic will meet with a number of the Camp Luther full-time staff for additional training and information. New this summer for Camp Medic Volunteers. You are now able to come for a full week. Plan to arrive Friday afternoon and leave the following Friday morning! 2012 Sessions Are:
Friday June 8-Friday June 15 Friday June 15- Friday June 22 Friday June 22- Friday June 29 Friday June 29- Friday July 6 Friday July 6- Friday July 13 Friday July 13- Friday July 20 Friday July 20- Friday July 27 Friday July 27- Friday August 3 Friday August 3- Friday August 10
Volunteer Medics will be provided with housing for themselves and immediate family members. Most meals will be provided in the camp Dining Hall.
