GRADE LEVEL AND ROOMMATES
All grade levels are based on the 2006-2007 school
year. Only one name per registration please. Only
one name is permitted for roommate preference.
Additional roommate request can not be honored. Campers
should arrange to have roommate names appear on each
other's registration form. Registrants can help assure
roommate preferences by registering on the same day.
DEPOSIT and PAYMENT
A $100 deposit must accompany Youth Camp and Quest
camp registrations. A $50 deposit is required for
Explorer Camp, Kindercamp, GrandKids Camp and other
weekend camps.
Faxed registrations including credit
card information are welcome at 715/546-2396. All
registrations will be confirmed promptly via regular
mail.
Full payment of registration fee is required by June
1, 2007. Full payment can be made via check through
regular mail or by revisiting campluther.com to make
your balance payment.
HOUSING
Youth Camp registrants must select one of five villages
or the Retreat Center for their housing during their
stay. All Quest campers are housed in one of our tent
villages while on site. Explorer, Kinder, and GrandKids
Camp participants are all housed in the Retreat Center.
PAYMENT
Visa and MasterCard are accepted by Camp Luther as
a convenient method of payment for your summer camp
deposit and/or full registration fees. Type of card,
account number, signature, validation code, and expiration
date are required to enable Camp Luther to charge
your credit card account. Registrations may also be
faxed to Camp Luther at 715/546-2396. Sorry, phone
reservations are not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS
A full refund minus a $25 processing fee will be provided up to 30 days before the registered camp. No refunds will be granted within 30 days of the registered camp except in cases of family death or illness. All requests for refunds must be made in written form.
REGULATIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance and participation in the summer youth camp programs is the same for everyone without regard to religion, race, color, national origin, sex, age, or handicap.
SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICES
The Camp Luther staff cordially invites you to join
them for Sunday morning worship this summer. Worship
services begin at 10:15am and are held at the Outdoor
Chapel (weather permitting).
SUNDAY LUNCH
Families are encouraged to join us for our famous
Sunday Picnic Lunch. Tickets are available for $6.00
in the camp office.
ONLINE REGISTRATIONS
Please do not consider your child registered
for camp until you receive a confirmation notice via
email or regular mail (depending on what you have
chosen). Your confirmation notice should arrive within
five working days.
